Capabilities
Process piping, from the walk-down to turnover
What we build, install and test, and the records that come with it.
Process and utility piping
Carbon steel lines for product, water, air and utilities, built to your line classes.
Steam and condensate
Welded steam and return lines with supports, expansion and drip legs.
Stainless and sanitary
Stainless lines for food, beverage and chemical plants, with purge and passivation records.
Alloy and high temperature
Chrome-moly and alloy lines welded to procedure, with preheat and post-weld heat treatment.
Plastic and lined pipe
Polyethylene and other thermoplastic lines, fused and logged joint by joint.
Valves and equipment
Valves, pumps and skids set, aligned and piped to the equipment's flanges.
Pipe supports and racks
Hangers, guides, anchors and pipe racks, fabricated and set to the drawings.
Testing and flushing
Hydrostatic and pneumatic tests, flushing and dry-out, with witness points agreed first.
Turnover records
Weld maps, test records and marked-up drawings, organized by system.
Welding
Every weld is made to a written procedure
Each weld is made by a welder qualified on the procedure for that joint. Records are kept by joint number, so an inspector or your quality group can trace any weld to the welder, the procedure and the filler.
Shielded metal arc, gas tungsten arc and gas metal arc
Orbital welding for stainless and thin-wall tube
Fusion for polyethylene and polypropylene
Visual, penetrant and radiographic inspection where the spec calls for it

Codes and specs
We build to the document your spec names
ASME B31.3
Process piping: most chemical, food, pharmaceutical and general plant lines.
ASME B31.1
Power piping: steam and condensate, boiler feed and related systems.
ASME Section IX
Welding and brazing qualifications: the procedures and welders behind each joint.
Your plant's piping spec
Line classes, materials and details your engineers already wrote. We ask which one governs before we price.
Send the line list and the window
An estimator reads the scope, then sets a walk-down.
