What we collect
When you send the form, we collect your name, work email, phone, company, plant location and the message. When you call, we see your number.
What we use it for
We use it to answer you, to set a walk-down and to write the bid. We do not sell it. We share it only with a supplier when we price material for your job.
Drawings and files you email
Isometrics, line lists and photos you email to the estimating address are used to price your job. We keep them with the bid and do not post them anywhere.
How long we keep it
Job records stay as long as the work needs a record, such as turnover documents. Messages that never became a job are deleted on request.
